PAYMENT METHODS
 
All prices are shown in NZ dollars.

International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments via Paypal.

SHIPPING
Your shopping cart displays the goods you have purchased. We dispatch orders within 3 days of receipt of payment and will email you if there are any delays. Dispatch will be out of New Zealand using New Zealand Post, unless advised otherwise. In the case of the item not being available for dispatch out of New Zealand it will be dispatched from Indonesia using EMS Post. 

NEW ZEALAND
Orders to destinations within New Zealand will be sent New Zealand Post Courier (tracked). Items that are sent courier may need to be signed for, so if you may not be at home we recommend having your item sent to your work address. Items will arrive within 1 to 5 working days.

AUSTRALIA
Australian deliveries will arrive 2 to 7 working days working using NZ Post Economy Courier or EMS post (tracked). Items that are sent courier may need to be signed for, so if you may not be at home we recommend having your item sent to your work address.

REST OF WORLD
Deliveries to all other destinations will arrive 2 to 10 working days using NZ Post, Tracked International Economy Courier or EMS Post (tracked)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE
Only tracked items will be insured.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If a package does not arrive please contact us within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch to claim insurance on the item. We will require your details, the details of the item that was lost, and the tracking number we sent you with confirmation of dispatch. If a damaged item has arrived please advise us within 24 hours of receive. We require it to be returned to the postal authority in your country as near as possible in the same condition as when it was delivered. We will refund postage and replace your item free of charge.

We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

• the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
• the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
• the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
• the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
• the item was authorized to be sent without tracking or without insurance.


RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Nikki Ross Jewellery is happy for you to return or exchange an item if you are not happy with it. All items that are being returned or exchanged are to be accompanied with the attached return/exchange form.

Please note: These terms relate only to jewellery bought directly from www.nikkirossjewellery.com. If you did not buy the item from our online store then please contact and return the item to the retailer you purchased from and adhere to their policies.

Please read carefully:
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Please inform us of your intention to return/exchange an item within 7 days of the delivery date. We will accept returns/exchanges up to 14 days after the receipt of your order. This means that the package must reach Nikki Ross Jewellery within 14 days after you have received your order. Please be aware that a parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our office, unless sent via courier.

If upon your receive the goods are faulty or incorrect please advise us within 24 hours to arrange for an exchange or refund. Return of these goods will be refunded to you.

Items must be returned with the original packaging and accompanied by a returns form. Both the packaging and the item must be in unworn condition.

Unless the goods received were damaged or are defective, or not as specified in your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If you are wanting to exchange an item there may be additional charges for postage on any replacement item. We will inform you of this prior to posting.

Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods. Please ensure items are packed well, they get damaged in just envelopes. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside New Zealand.
